As Amazon seems poised to take over the world (if it hasn’t already) I wanted to take a moment to encourage you to think and shop on a smaller, more local scale.  When you support a local business, you are helping a mom buy new shoes for her children or a dad provide food for his family.  Small businesses can offer so much – personalized service, one-on-one instructions, and lasting relationships.

Local businesses come in many varieties from the local coffee shop to your direct sales independent demonstrators.  As an Independent Demonstrator with Stampin’ Up! I get to share my passion for paper crafting with others, help them tap into their creativity (every one is creative in some way), and build relationships with the people who support my business.  I mean, if you are going to purchase craft supplies why would you go to a big box store that probably really doesn’t care all that much about you instead of an independent demonstrator?  Anyone of the name brand chain craft supply stores really don’t need your money but the independent demonstrator does.  Your support helps him or her provide for their families.

I love what I do – I get to use my creative to create beautiful cards and gift items for others to enjoy and I get to share my passion with them.  As a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator I can work as much or as little as I want and I get paid to do what I love.  If you are interested in learning more about the Stampin’ Up! opportunity, feel free to email me at craftyklock@gmail.com or check out the “Join my Team” section on my website. And thanks for your support Happy Stampin’
