Q: How much does it cost to get started as a demonstrator?
A: It costs just $100 (+ tax) to become a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator! You’ll receive a $125 product coupon to spend on the Stampin’ Up!® products you love, plus a Get Started Bundle with catalogs and other resources to help you begin your demonstrator journey.
Plus, first-time demonstrators receive an exclusive Welcome Box filled with additional goodies to help them get started!

Q: Do I have to have a blog or social media?
A: No, you don’t have to do any type of social media if you don’t want to. It’s entirely up to you to decide if you want to share your love of card making through a blog or social media.
Q: Do I have to hold classes or other events to be a demonstrator?
A: NO! You don’t have to hold classes, host events, or demonstrate anything! “Demonstrator” is simply the term Stampin’ Up!® uses for its independent representatives. Other direct sales companies use terms like consultant, ambassador, or stylist.
You get to decide how involved you want to be!
Q: What if I want to do this as a hobby and not a business?
A: Absolutely! Many demonstrators join simply because they love Stampin’ Up!® products and want the discount.
You don’t have to sell to others, teach classes, or build a business. You can enjoy being a happy shopper, placing your own orders and/or collecting orders from family and friends to meet the quarterly sales requirement.
Stampin’ Up!® and the Crafty Foxes welcome demonstrators with all kinds of goals!
Q: Can I be my own host?
A: Absolutely! You can invite family and friends to place orders through you or host a crafting get-together if you’d like.
With the Stampin’ Rewards program, qualifying online orders of $20 or more earn 10% in rewards that can be used toward future Stampin’ Up!® purchases. Just be sure you’re enrolled in the free Stampin’ Rewards program to earn your rewards!
And here’s an extra perk! As a demonstrator, you can earn Stampin’ Rewards on top of your demonstrator discount on eligible purchases!
You don’t have to host a party or workshop to enjoy the benefits of being a demonstrator!
Q: Do I have to recruit other demonstrators?
A: Not unless you want to! But it’s so fun and rewarding to bring your friends along on your journey! If you have stamping friends, share the fun and benefits so that they can partake in them as well. If you are joining to build a business, team building is one of the best parts and can be very rewarding as you share your passion with others.
Q: What if I join and decide it’s not for me. Will I be penalized if I quit?
A: No! If you decide being a demonstrator isn’t for you, there’s no penalty for leaving.
If you stop meeting the quarterly sales requirement, you’ll eventually lose your active demonstrator status. And if you decide you’d like to give it another try, you can rejoin after the applicable waiting period.
Of course, the Crafty Foxes will be sad to see you go, but there’s no pressure to stay if it no longer makes sense for you!
Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A: To remain an active Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator, you need $300 in qualifying sales each quarter (three months).
But here’s the good news! Your own purchases count toward that requirement, along with any qualifying orders from family, friends, or customers.
You don’t have to place one big $300 order, either. Your qualifying sales accumulate throughout the quarter.
And if you don’t meet the requirement, there’s no financial penalty. You’ll simply lose your active demonstrator status under Stampin’ Up!® policies.
