Learn how to make this easy gift card holder

As summer fades into fall, the holidays can’t be far behind! Get a jump on your holiday preparations by making a few of these easy gift card holders for everyone on your list.

Gift Card Holder featuring Snowflake Splendor Suite

You can always change up the colors of the card stock and designer series paper to match what ever holiday or event you want. Measurements and directions are below. SNOWFLAKE SPLENDOR GIFT CARD HOLDER – SUPPLIES

  • Night of Navy card stock 11” x 4 ¼” scored at 2 ¼” & 5 ½”
  • Whisper White card stock 5 ¼” x 4” (for inside)
  • Purple Posy card stock 3” x 4”
  • Whisper White Label (Everyday Day Label Punch)
  • Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper (DSP) 2 ¾” x 3 ¾”
  • Snowflake Splendor DSP 4” x 1”
  • Blue Adhesive Backed Gems (3)
  • Snowflake Spendor Ribbon– about 24”  
  • Misty Moonlight Classic Stampin’ Pad
  • Stampin Dimensionals
  • Tear & Tape
  • Stampin’ Seal

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stamp design on 4” x 5 ¼” Whisper White and adhere to card base
  2. Adhere 4” x 1” DSP to right side of 4” x 5 ¼” Whisper White
  3. On left side of card, fold over at 2 ¼” score line so pocket is on the inside of the card
  4. Use Tear & Tape or liquid glue along each edge and press down, creating pocket for gift card
  5. Adhere Purple Posy card stock to front of card
  6. Adhere Snowflake Splendor DSP on top of Purple Posy layer.
  7. Stamp sentiment on Whisper White Label
  8. On DSP (on card front) lay down about a 1” strip of adhesive (centering top to bottom)– this will help hold the ribbon in place
  9. Fold ribbon in half and attach to card front along strip of adhesive you placed in Step 9
  10. Add Dimensionals to back of Whisper White label and center over Ribbon on card front
  11. Tie ribbon in a bow on right side
  12. Add Blue Adhesive Backed Gems to card front
