Pretty Tablescapes
If you are like me you love to decorate for the holidays and setting a pretty table for holiday dinners is just one more area to add a little flair. That’s why I absolutely love to craft – I can use my supplies to create pretty little decorations to add that special touch.
This week I’ll show you how to make some quick and easy place settings you can use for your holdiay gatherings. With just a few supplies you can take your table from ho hum to wow! Your family and friends will feel very special and be so impressed by your thoughtfulness and creativity.
Getting Ready
Two weeks ago I made a video showing you two easy ideas to add a little pizzazz to your Thanksgiving table. Unfortunatley due to circumstances out of my control, I wasn’t able to write my blog post until today so while the video focuses on Thanksgiving all you need to do is change out the colors and you are ready for Christmas, Hunukkah, Kwanzaa, New Year’s, or any holiday or event you can think of!
Here’s what I made – a little place card and place setting wrap featuring our beautiful Distressed Gold Speciality Designer Series Paper and new Deckled Circles dies.
The place card has room to write your guest’s name or anything you want. The place setting includes a napkin, fork, and knife.
