Today I’m excited to share a fresh video tutorial where we explore three brand-new online exclusive products from Stampin’ Up!: the Banner Sayings bundle, the Swirled Designs bundle, and the Beautiful Designs embossing folder. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a stamping veteran, I’ve got something ready for you. If you’re not yet subscribed to my YouTube channel, head there now and hit the subscribe button so you won’t miss upcoming tutorials.
What’s in the bundles
- Banner Sayings bundle: Includes a triple-banner punch and a coordinating stamp set with 14 sentiment options (birthdays, thank yous, celebrations).
- Swirled Designs bundle: A stamp set plus matching dies; the dies include outline shapes, inner shapes, triple-flower and star groupings, plus leaf elements.
- Beautiful Designs embossing folder: A new texture folder with a diamond/stitched-look pattern — perfect for layering backgrounds with interest.
These fresh products offer new textures, shapes, and stamp-to-punch/die coordination — exactly what we look for when we want to give a card that little extra sparkle without over-complicating.
Card #1: Simple Stamping (for Beginners)

Measurements
- Card base: Thick Basic White – 8½″ x 5½″ scored at 4¼″ (21 cm × 14.8 cm scored at 10.5 cm)
- Accent strips: Berry Burst, Azure Afternoon, Daffodil Delight – 4″ × 1¼″ (10 cm × 3.2 cm) each
How-to snapshot
Start with tone-on-tone stamping: on Berry Burst use the dot fill-in stamp, on Daffodil Delight use the small flower stamp, on Azure Afternoon use the star stamp. Randomly stamp each colour on its panel. Stamp the “Happy Birthday” sentiment on the inside. Then arrange the three colored strips on the front, glue them down with liquid glue for positioning time, and add a few shimmer gems for a pop.
Tip: If you don’t have the matching ink color, use VersaMark Ink instead—it creates a soft, watermark-style impression that beautifully mimics the tone-on-tone effect.
Why it works
This card uses one punch bundle (Banner Sayings) but keeps things ultra-simple. The color scheme is cohesive, the stamping is relaxed (no perfection necessary), and the gems add polish. It’s ideal for introducing crafting to a newbie—so if you’re teaching a beginner class, this one is your go-to.
Card #2: Stepped-Up Layering & Die Cuts

Measurements
- Card base: Thick Basic White – 8½″ x 5½″ scored at 4¼″ (21 cm × 14.8 cm scored at 10.5 cm)
- Colored panels: Berry Burst, Azure Afternoon, Daffodil Delight – 2¼″ x 2½″ (5.5 cm × 6.5 cm) each
- Basic White squares: 2″ x 2¼″ (5 cm × 6 cm) – three squares
How-to snapshot
Die-cut stars (three sizes) from the Swirled Designs bundle using adhesive sheets—it makes it easy to adhere the stars with no gluey mess. Use the triple-banner punch from Banner Sayings to punch three banners (one of each style). Stamp “Celebrate”, “Here’s to You”, and “Cue the Confetti” on the banners and “Happy Birthday” inside. Layer the elements: colored panel, white square, banner, and die-cut stars. Use Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals under the banner for lift.
Why it works
This card introduces more tools (dies, adhesive sheets, Stampin’ Dimensionals), but keeps the same triple-color palette for consistency. It’s a great “stepped-up” version—ideal when your class has intermediate crafters.
Card #3: Embossed Background Fun (Advanced)

Measurements
- Card base: Thick Basic White – 8½″ x 5½″ scored at 4¼″ (21 cm × 14.8 cm scored at 10.5 cm)
- Background piece: Basic White – 5½″ × 1½″ (14.8 cm × 4 cm) plus a scrap for the Triple Banner Punch
- Colored strips: each ½″ × 5½″ (1.3 × 14.8 cm) – three strips (Daffodil Delight, Azure Afternoon, Berry Burst) plus scraps of each color for the oval die cuts (backed with adhesive sheets) and the Triple Banner Punch
How-to snapshot
Glue the three narrow strips onto the white background piece, trim off excess. Run that piece through the Beautiful Designs embossing folder. Next stamp a background stamp lightly (stamp-off method) on the card base for subtle texture. Punch a banner, stamp “Thanks a Million” in Azure Afternoon or Berry Burst. Use glue dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals as needed for layering. Add die-cut circles (from Swirled Designs) for a fun sketch-inspired layout.
Why it works
This card offers texture, layering, and a sketch-based design element (circle cluster inspired by a group challenge). Perfect for your advanced class or for those who love to play with embossing folders and layout design.
