Jungle Pals are here!
I love January – not just because it’s the start of a new year but because it’s also time to Sale-a-brate! For those who don’t know, Sale-a-bration is Stampin’ Up!’s annual promotion where you can get rewarded with FREE products for every $50 purchase (and there is no limit to the number of free products you can earn!
As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, one of the benefits of the job is the ability to get new products before they are availalbe to the general public. This includes all the Sale-a-bration freebies! So when I placed my order in December I knew just what Sale-a-bration items I wanted to get!
The adorable Jungle Pals caught my eye as soon as I saw them. Normally I’m not really into cute animals sets but for some reason (maybe it was the sloth or the lemur) I just loved this set! Add to that the matching dies (free with a $100 purchase) and I just couldn’t resist getting this set!
Once the stamp set and matching dies arrived I was ready to dive in and start creating! I had so much fun creating two fun cards during my YouTube tutorial! You can always watch the replays on my Crafty Klock YouTube channel (and if you have not yet subscribed, I would love it if you would!)

Measurements and Supplies
For both cards, I used the following cardstock:
- Parakeet Party card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/” scored at 4 1/4″ (21.0 cm x 14.8 cm scored at 10.5 cm)
- Basic Black cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″ (14.3 cm x 10.0 cm)
- Basic White cardstock 1 piece at 5 1/4″ x 4″ (14.3 cm x 10.0 cm) for inside and 1 piece at 5″ x 3 3/4″ (13.8 cm x 9.5 cm)
For the Simple stamping card (on the left) I also used the following supplies:
- Blending Brushes
- Balmy Blue Classic Stampin’ Pad
- Parakeet Party Classic Stampin’ Pad
- Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad
- Circle Punch
- Parakeet Party 1/8″ (3.2 cm) Metallic Woven Ribbon
For the Stepped up card (on the right) I also used the following supplies
- Jungle Pals dies
- scraps of Basic White, Sweet Sorbet, Pecan Pie, Parakeet Party, and Garden Green cardstock
- Stampn’ Blends in Pumpkin PIe, Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate, Sweet Sorbet, and Daffodil Delight
