Who loves a good sneak peek?

If you’re like me, you are naturally curious and want to be in the know when it comes to new product releases. That’s why I knew you would all want to get a peek at the new One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper! My order came yesterday and I just couldn’t wait to play with this beautiful paper.

The pack comes with 48 pieces of double sided paper. One side has a solid or patterned design, while the flip side has these gorgeous winter scenes. As soon as I saw the paper I just KNEW I had to make a special fun fold card with it. The DSP matches 16 Stampin’ Up! colors. Check it out

With so may colors to choose from you are sure to have lots of options when it comes to your cardmaking and scrapbooking projects.

A Fun Fold just made for scenic 6″ x 6″ DSP

So often when we have a piece of 6″ x 6″ DSP with a beautiful scene on it we hesitate to cut into since we can’t use the entire piece. Well this fun fold solves that problem! Take a look at the card I made using the entire 6″ width of one of these beautiful pieces of paper.

Pretty neat don’t you think? I just cut the 6″ x 6″ paper down to 6″ x 5 1/4″ by trimming off a little from the bottom. Then the magic happens when you add the DSP to your card base. You can watch the video on my Crafty Klock YouTube channel to see how it’s done.

Measurements and Supplies

Score your 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ cardstock at 1 1/2″ and 4 1/4″. Going from left to right (very important to keep scene aligned for the card), cut your DSP at 2 3/4″ and 1 1/4″. That should leave you with a 2″ strip. You will use all three strips of the DSP. Once you have everything cut you can now assemble your card as I show in the video.
